Aloha we are looking for a centrally located venue to host our 4th of July After-Tournament “Big Bang Bash” the date we are looking for is Sunday late afternoon to evening, July 3rd. We anticipate a participation of 20 teams in our event, each team has 8 players. On top of which, our club has 75+ members and will be doing pre-sale of event tickets at 5 each minimum. This will bring our numbers to approximately 400 attendees.
Wondering, if this date was available?
If there is a bar tab minimum?
About the pupu rules: can we bring food from outside or if not, do you have a special pupu menu/pricing for this type of fundraiser
We are fundraising to assist our YOUTH and ADULT members to travel; as membership is year round and we travel year round, our YOUTH travel to Nevada in Feb, Hilo in March, Kauai in May and Anaheim or Florida in June. Our Adults also travel to Hilo in March and Maui in August. Our club has earned several awards in the Local and National Volleyball arenas, but as we promote social resilience and positive growth in these hard economic times, we promote much much much more than volleyball. To get an idea of the costs of travel and gym time, please click on the “New Member Info” Link (password: parent) on our webpage and view the slide show (Grey for Travel / Blue for Clinics) and the Full Disclosure Spreadsheet. This will share what it costs to make it all happen every year.. and the amount of fundraising that we do.
If you have the time, please call me, 808-330-3147. We’d really love to hear from you and see how we can collaborate with your venue to make this happen
Good Afternoon,
We are looking for a place to hold our fundraiser, for our sister who will be having a double lung transplant @ UCLA. The month that we would like to have the fundraiser would be in the middle half of August 2011. Could you please email me all the details on holding a fundraiser @ your nite club. Thank You.
